About these terms

These Terms of Service and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the public website at watersidelabs.com, operated by Waterside Labs LLC (“Waterside,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They explain the conditions on which we make this website and its content available. Contact us at info@watersidelabs.com.

This is an informational studio website. These Terms do not govern a separate app, purchase, subscription, customer engagement, employment relationship, or contractor engagement. Any such offering or relationship will have its own applicable notices and agreements.

Please read these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These Terms apply only to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law; merely displaying them does not waive any rights you have. Where affirmative agreement is legally required, we must obtain it separately.

You may access the website, share links, and download or print reasonable portions of its public content for personal, informational, or internal business reference. Keep any copyright and other ownership notices intact. This permission is nonexclusive, does not transfer ownership, and does not authorize resale or commercial republication of our content.

You remain free to use material as permitted by law, including fair use, quotation, criticism, accessibility tools, and other applicable exceptions. Nothing here limits honest reviews, protected speech, reports to regulators, or participation in legal proceedings.

Do not bypass access restrictions, collect nonpublic information, or make automated requests that materially disrupt the service. Ordinary search indexing, assistive technologies, and activities protected by law are not prohibited by this section. Please report a suspected security problem to our contact email without accessing others’ data or disrupting the website.

The website’s original text, designs, artwork, logos, and code belong to Waterside Labs LLC or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the permissions above, applicable law, or a separate license, no rights are granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them.

You may identify Waterside truthfully and link to us, but may not use our name or marks in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email us with the relevant URL, a description of the issue, and a way to contact you.

Information and future products

We aim to keep the website accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or change. Descriptions of work in development are informational and do not promise a release date, particular feature, availability, result, or offer to sell.

The website does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for advice appropriate to your circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excuses misleading statements or other conduct prohibited by law.

Messages and feedback

Send only information you have the right to share. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, medical records, or confidential business material through general email. A general inquiry does not, by itself, create a confidentiality agreement or a professional, customer, or employment relationship.

You retain ownership of material you send. We may use your message as reasonably needed to consider and respond to it, subject to applicable privacy and other laws. Sending feedback does not give us an unrestricted intellectual property license or ownership of your ideas. Any broader use can be agreed separately. General contact is not an application for an unadvertised role.

The current website has no account registration, purchase flow, application form, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. It does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. An email you choose to send is processed through email services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website information, email inquiries, and privacy requests. These Terms do not constitute consent to marketing or permission to disregard privacy law. Before introducing features that collect additional personal information, we will provide the applicable privacy information and obtain any consent required by law. These exclusions do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and other nonwaivable rights remain in effect. Where a limitation is not permitted, it does not apply; applicable law governs the available remedies.

Applicable law and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms, without applying conflict-of-laws rules that would displace them. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights available under the law that applies where you live or use the website.

You may contact us to try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a required step before seeking legal relief and does not extend a filing deadline. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, exclusive court location, or restriction on contacting a regulator. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms as the website changes. We will identify the updated date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove accrued rights. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law; a posted revision alone is not a substitute for any required consent.
